Pre Move Checklist

Ensure ALL televisions, monitors, framed portraits & any other valuable items are disconnected, dismounted & properly boxed. If these items are not properly prepared, our crew is not held liable for damages towards the item or property.

Ensure ALL appliances such as refrigerators, washers & dryers are properly disconnected, unplugged & emptied. We advise securing all loose cords & hoses, as our crew will provide pads & proper handling.

It is highly recommended for our customers to provide their own mattress covers. Our movers can assist with applying them. Although we keep our equipment clean, we cannot always guarantee perfect weather and/or clean pathway conditions. Any unprotected mattresses are at risk & we are not held liable for marks, stains or any other damages.

As a Courtesy-Only service, our crew offers disassembly & reassembly services. Our movers are equipped with tools, although we cannot be held liable for damages; as these items accrue wear & tear over time and may have pre-existing damages, markings and/or missing hardware.

Ensure all breakables have been removed from ALL dressers, drawers/chests, desks, cabinets, tables, nightstands, etc. and packed away properly. *Clothes are allowed to remain in dressers,- although emptying these items will increase the movers’ efficiency, lighten the workload & optimize maneuverability.

Please locate & gather all items of extraordinary value such as jewelry, important documents, firearms and/or ammunition,- these are to be moved yourself. Our crew cannot be held liable for these items if misplaced or damaged.

Please provide sufficient & safe parking prior to the arrival of our crew,- as the placement of our trucks can play a key role in the efficiency of our team!
